I am running for St. Augustine Beach City Commission, Seat 3, because my wife and I are raising three sons born here. City Hall has voted to raise taxes year after year while growth keeps changing the character of the beach. I have worked 16 years as a federal civil servant in patent work, with no business tied to development or tourism. I qualified so voters have a choice on November 3, 2026: slow over-development, lower the tax burden, and put residents ahead of developers.
As I talk with neighbors across our community, one clear priority stands out, and it is a commitment I am ready to fight for: we need to lower taxes. For me, this is about making life just a little bit easier for everyone who calls this place home. When we lower taxes, we keep more hard-earned money in your pockets, where it belongs. It means families have more breathing room to cover their everyday needs, support our local businesses, and build a secure future right here. I am running to bring a common-sense focus to our budget so we can deliver real relief. Lowering taxes isn't just a policy goal for me—it is about respecting your hard work and ensuring our community remains an affordable, welcoming place for all of us to thrive.
